KTSF/TV wished to consolidate its studios and offices into one facility. They purchased a 21,000 square foot concrete tilt-up in the sightline of their broadcast tower, and commissioned a major rehabilitation. The building was upgraded for disabled access and structurally, beyond code requirements, specifically for the safety of the employees.
