Remodeling of a late 1960's residence with sweeping views. A loft level was inserted into the volume of the existing house with access via a spiral stair and a light steel bridge. A new dormer brings in additional light and views from the loft. Two equal-sized bedrooms were reconfigured into a master suite and a secondary bedroom.
